Here is a small sampling of some of the custom escort and thank you tags we have designed. We can design them any way you like!

You may choose any font style, ink color and layered cardstock color for any of our Custom Tags.

Add any of our beach themed images, starfish, sanddollar, seashells, palm leaf, anchor, sailboat, surfboard, seahorse, compass, beach ticking stripe, monogram, etc.. we have hundreds of designs available.

Let us know your wedding colors, we can match almost any color. You can also mix fonts and font colors, have one font for guests names and a coordinating font for your table numbers/ names.

Escort/ Placecards will come printed with your individual guest names. After we design your tag, simply email us your guest list.

All tags come with a pre punched hole.

Ordering, Processing and Shipping Custom Tags

When calling to order your custom tags, choose the type of tag you need, Escort Tag with guests names and table assignment ,
Placecard with guests names only or Thank you/Favor tag with Bride and Grooms name and Wedding date.

Next, choose your font styles from our font choices page. We can design your tag by mixing 2 seperate fonts and 2 different font colors.

Let us know what your wedding colors are, we can design your font colors and your double layered card stock color to match.

If you would like an image used, we have a variety of beautiful beach themed images available, Starfish, sanddollar, seashells, palm leaf, anchor, sailboat, surfboard, seahorse, compass, beach ticking stripe, monogram, etc.. we have hundreds of designs available, or you can provide us with your own artwork.

We will then custom design your tag and email you a few sample tags for your approval within 2-5 days.

Once your tag design is completed and approved, you may email us your guest list.

SENDING US YOUR GUEST LIST

How to send us your guest list for us to create your personalized escort / thank you tags.

You may EMail us your guest list as an Excel (xls or xlsx) file (preferably) containing 2 columns containing the following:

You may put them in ALPHABETICAL ORDER
Enter the complete guests names in the 1st column and the table name or number in the 2nd column...

OR ... You may put them in TABLE ORDER
with the table name / number above the group of names at each table as a header but that is not required.

NOTE: We need them in table order but, Theoretically - YOU can arrange them into alphabetical order to use later when placing them in the sandbox or on the table at the wedding reception. As long as you put the table number in the 2nd column we can then arrange them into table number order for our use.

DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE AN EXCEL SPREADSHEET?

If you are not able to create an EXCEL Spreadsheet then we also accept MS Word (.docx or .doc) documents.

There's no need to use columns on a Word Document however we will need them in table order. In this case just put the Table Name or Number as a header above each group of names for each table.

PLEASE DO NOT USE "and" or "." 

USE AMPERSANDS (the and sign "&") - for example USE "Mr & Mrs" instead of "Mr. and Mrs." - This will save a lot of space so we can use a larger, easier to read typestyle and not have to squeeze names.

There is 1 acception to this rule.
If you'd like, you may use the word "and" in this following case however many brides choose to just leave off the "and.":

Escort Tags are always one of the last items to be processed, as you must wait until all of your responses are in and your seating chart is finalized before we can print your tags. We recommend that you call ahead to have your escort tags designed first. We will save your approved tag style for you and wait for you're completed guest list via eMail.

Once we receive your guest list, allow 1-3 business days for us to create your tag layout, email them to you to approve. After your approval of the entire list we will then print, assemble, process your order and ship them out. This does not include actual shipping time to you.

If you have decided to assemble these yourself, tags and the coordinating Ribbon can by bought seperately.

Starfish also make terrific Save the Dates! Our new Shore Chic design will set the tone for what your guests can expect at your upcoming wedding!

This completed "Save the Date" Starfish comes with an extra large personalized tag, tied with ribbon or raffia and printed with your "Save the Date" information. A small magnet is attached to the back so your guests can keep this on their fridge until your invitation arrives. Choose your fonts, ink colors, and ribbon & paper colors, along with 6 lines of information. They ship well in most envelopes. Ask for them to be hand stamped at your post office.
