Gourmet Whoopie Pies
 
...the mussels we picked out by the Maypole were the sweetest we ever tasted.... Inspired by these, we transformed our favorite childhood treat, the Whoopie Pie, into a decadent grown up dessert. Each whoopie pie is a one person serving and is packaged in a charming red and white checked box... Whoopie pies are a mussel shaped, rich chocolate cake filled with your choice of the following flavors:
- Original (our secret recipe made with organic vanilla filling) can be tinted to match wedding colors.
- Peppermint (the edges are rolled in crushed peppermint candy).
- Cointreau and fresh orange zest.
- Rum (Myers Dark).
- Espresso (freshly brewed).
- Rich Chocolate (for those who can never get enough)
- Champagne... add a little glamour and fizz to your celebration�try a spoonful of raspberry sauce on a pretty plate, top with a Champagne filled whoopie pie, and voila--your guests will be wowed!
- Chambord (raspberry liqueur)
They can be decorated and "dressed" in their tuxedo attire for an additional cost.

MAYPOLE MUSSEL WHOOPIE CAKES are shipped cold and may be served at room temperature or refrigerated.
They can be left covered at room temperature for up to 5 days, and it refrigerates and freezes beautifully.
Whoopie Pies are carefully packaged in a corrugated outer box, then in Styrofoam with a gel pack to maintain
correct temperature. In the summer, or if you live in a warm climate, your order should not be left outside in the heat or sun.

Sunshine Sand Dollar Shortbread Cookies
  Our “Sunshine Sand Dollars” are rich, incredibly buttery shortbread cookies shaped like the sand dollars we like to collect on the beach. Just like the warmth of an island kitchen, our shortbreads are meant to be savored. We hope they'll become one of "your simple pleasures." Each package of “Sand Dollars” contains six shortbread cookies, each about two inches in diameter. The Set of 6 is packaged in a charming yellow and white checked box, or they can arrive pre-packaged with 2 cookies in a cellophane bag, tied with a ribbon. They can be iced with any color you choose and each one is decorated with a candy pearl.
